2. Fill out our prescription clearly (Rx Forms).

3. Properly package any materials in a secure box.

NO PROBLEM!

1. Fill out our prescription clearly (Rx Forms).

2. Print out a Return Label.

3. Just seal the prescription slip and impression in a box, affix the Return Label to the box and give it to your U.S. Postal Carrier.
